ISTE has introduced three new communications initiatives that bring to life the organization's vision of a world where all learners thrive, achieve and contribute. The channels include a new print magazine called entrsekt, a robust online space known as the EdTekHub , and a refreshed website that offers members a place to interact and share resources.

entrsekt covers thought-provoking topics
The leading-edge print and digital magazine entrsekt focuses on provocative education topics, profiles education change agents and provides unique perspectives on education transformation. Check out the first digital issue of the magazine for free.

entrsekt replaces ISTE's former print magazine, Learning & Leading with Technology (L&L), as the ISTE membership magazine.

The tips, how-to articles and practical guidance that members have looked for in L&L have migrated to a robust online space called the EdTekHub. The hub lives on ISTE's refreshed website and features improved functionality allowing content in multiple formats, including video, podcasts, slideshows and screencasts.

The hub will be just one element of ISTE's refreshed website, which offers improved functionality and a polished new look. New features include:

  • Refined navigation on the homepage to help viewers easily find their way.
  • My Profile , which allows users to collaborate and connect with peers.
  • The Lead & Transform movement portal, which offers resources and a diagnostic tool to help educators revolutionize their classrooms, schools and districts.
  • The Connect section, which offers a platform where members of ISTE's Professional Learning Networks come to interact and learn from each other through discussions, blogs, a resource library and quick links. In addition, the calendar and announcements keep members in the know about upcoming must-attend events.
